New Toy

Today I got my newest toy. It's a ScrewPull Elegance Lever Model.

Oh, it's so cool...

It automatically pulls the cork out with just a flick of the lever, and then you can eject the cork from the machine by moving the lever in the opposite direction. They claim it takes only 3 seconds to open a bottle of wine, but I will probably need some more practice.

I highly recommend getting one of these, if your willing to pay the price. I got mine from Complements to the Chef. They had the best deal at the time, US $139.99 including shipping.

I just hope I don't develop the need to use this thing all the time...
