Looks like you guys weren't paying attention and I took the 100th post. I guess I will give myself a gold star . I was really hoping to give away the shiny mystery prize, but I guess we will have to wait for 200 comments.

    as a disinterested impartial third party, i'd like to point out that the so-called 100th spam-free comment is actually pure spam and should be disqualified from the contest.

    that would technically make this comment the 100th comment. however, since i am not in this for any personal edification or glory, i would like to donate my gold star back in honor of the great work that he has done on creating an on-line community with interesting stuff to read. way to go!
