20 Questions about a T-Shirt
August 13th, 2003
Tonight I played the next generation of Twenty Questions with this web site. It guessed I was thinking of a T shirt in 19 questions, pretty good.
The game is confused about a kudu, an auk, a dulcimer, a muon, and an avocet. I can't blame it, what are these things?
The computer increases it's knowledge as more people play, so go ahead, give A.I. a little boost.

This is amazing. I chose a rubber band and it guessed it. It's amazing.
it got garage (well, it said building) in 19, it missed on paperweight at 20 (guessed "sign"), missed at 28 (guessed "xylophone"), missed at 29 (guessed "chalkboard"), and then said "you win" at 30, gave me a list of guesses, one of which was paperweight, so i clicked on it. then it went over what it thought were my "contradictions" between what it thought were the correct answers to the questions it asked me and i answered "wrongly." it seems perturbed. this is going to keep me occupied all day. yippee!
i can't get the site to load. do you think it could guess "grrr!" ???
