TiVo vs DirecTiVo

This week I was asked why I wanted a DirecTiVo over my Series 2 standalone unit. The main reason is for the dual tuner, but here's a short discussion to decide for yourself.

I find that not having the HMO is not a big deal, I own it and have used maybe it twice, it's just cool to impress friends, and maybe boost the resale value of my box on eBay.
