First Snow

December 6th, 2003

Yesterday I woke up to a light dusting of snow on the ground, but unfortunately the office did not close and I had to work. It was pretty crappy all day, as it warmed up it just contiunued to throw down a mix of rain, sleat, and snow. Nothing is worse than cold and wet.

Last night the temperature dropped a bit, were hovering around 30° right now, and the snow started one again. I'm now looking at about three inches on the ground.

I am trying to get some pictures, but since upgrading to Panther I can't get my smartcard reader to work. I guess that's what I get for buying a legacy reader off of eBay.

In the meantine, here's a picture my friend got of me on my commute to work yesterday...

    Wow, you look great in red. And you're so agile.

    So what's the weather like now? Uncle XXX and Aunt YYY took their kids to New York this weekend for his birthday. And, in addition to the weather, the airlines lost their luggage. Bad timing and bad luck.
